Adecco's Banking & Financial Services Team is currently recruiting on behalf of a Global FinTech Company for the position of Associate, Client Advisory & Migration (Sydney-Based & Fully Remote).

They combine advanced technology and expertise to deliver smarter, transparent solutions for global enterprises.

The Role:

This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of accounting & finance, technology , and client engagement . As an Associate, Client Advisory & Migration , you’ll partner closely with corporate clients to ensure the effective use of the platform in managing their incentive and equity programs. You’ll act as a trusted advisor—translating accounting and compliance concepts into practical solutions, resolving queries, and supporting clients in achieving operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of corporate clients.
  • Support clients in the day-to-day use of the platform, including troubleshooting and process optimisation.
  • Provide guidance on accounting and compliance aspects of incentive plans (including IFRS 2).
  • Collaborate with internal technical and product teams to enhance client experience and solution delivery.
  • Assist with client onboarding, training, and ongoing account management activities.
  • Analyse client data and generate actionable insights to improve program outcomes.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (required).
  • 1-3 years of working experience within the realm of accounting & finance.
  • A decent understanding of financial reporting principles i.e. exposure to IFRS 2 or share-based payments is highly regarded (but not mandatory as training is provided).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a client-centric mindset.
  • High attention to detail and confidence in working with data and technology.
  • Experience in a client-facing role within professional services, financial technology, or accounting software is advantageous.
