Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, managing projects, and ensuring the delivery of solutions that align with organizational goals. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new opportunities, overseeing client engagements, facilitating communication between teams, and ensuring client satisfaction. Collaboration, strategic planning, and timely execution will be key focuses of this role. Qualifications
- Strong relationship management and client communication skills
- Experience in project management and organizational skills
- Strategic planning and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in sales and account management practices
- Knowledge of the nonprofit or humanitarian sector is a plus
- Ability to adapt, multitask, and work effectively in a remote environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data management systems
