About The Role Join Ace Handyman Services West Charlotte as a Full-Time Artisan – Part-Time, where your skills can shine! We are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about home improvement and enjoy working in a dynamic team environment. Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of handyman tasks including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project status.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations on all job sites.
• Assist in estimating project costs and materials needed.
• Continuously improve skills through training and development opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in handyman services or a related field.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in home improvement.
• Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Compensation: $2,500.00 per month The 800+ Craftsmen who represent our Brand are the heart and soul of our turn-key, white-glove home repair, maintenance, and improvement service. They are skilled and experienced in many trades, but their professionalism and attention to detail is what sets them apart from others who work in the industry. Most of the projects completed are for Repeat and Referral Customers—folks truly appreciate our high level of service, and they often request additional work by asking for particular Craftsmen by name.
