Sales Advocate

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Advocate at ABW Foods Australia. The Sales Advocate will engage directly with customers to understand their needs and drive sales through effective communication and product knowledge. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and identifying sales opportunities. The role also involves training on products and services as well as contributing to the development and management of sales strategies to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for building effective relationships with clients.
• Proven experience in Sales, including the ability to identify opportunities and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
• Knowledge and expertise in Sales Management and Training to support team growth and success.
• Problem-solving abilities and strong organizational skills to ensure efficient workflow and excellent customer experience.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other digital tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote work environment and effectively manage time.
• Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is considered an advantage.
