Role Overview

We are looking for experienced SD-WAN L2 Engineers to support SD-WAN implementation, migration, and post-sales engineering activities. The role involves working with Cisco Meraki and Fortinet technologies across SD-WAN, SD-LAN, Wi-Fi, and preferably SASE services.

The engineer will participate in solution design, rollout preparation, technical consulting, customer support, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation for customer projects
• Support development, validation, and testing of SD-WAN platforms and services
• Provide post-sales technical support to Customer Success teams
• Perform routing and switching activities involving MPLS and VPN technologies
• Manage platform ownership responsibilities and capacity management
• Support test lab activities and deliver sales enablement/trainings
• Handle engineering tasks related to underlay and overlay networking
• Lead migration activities from traditional MPLS environments to hybrid SD-WAN architectures
• Provide technical consulting for SD-WAN customers, including rollout preparation and platform configuration
• Complete ECDC (End Customer Data Collection) forms for complex customer solutions
• Attend and support technical SD-WAN rollouts remotely
• Coordinate customer requests and changes with implementation partners
• Drive continuous improvement of operational and engineering processes

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with SD-WAN technologies
• Hands-on expertise with Cisco Meraki and/or Fortinet solutions
• Good understanding of:
• MPLS
• VPN
• Routing & Switching
• Underlay/Overlay Networks
• Experience in SD-WAN migration projects
• Ability to work in customer-facing technical consulting roles
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
• Experience supporting rollout and implementation activities remotely
