This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-scaling iGaming operator making bold moves in the Swedish market. Backed by deep industry knowledge and a passion for innovation, our client is building smarter, safer ways to engage online players. With expansion firmly on the agenda, they’re now seeking an Affiliate and Partnership Manager who’s ready to lead from the front.

The Affiliate and Partnership Manager will own the affiliate channel end-to-end — recruiting high-performing partners, managing relationships, and optimising campaigns to grow revenue and market share.

Role HighlightsThe Affiliate and Partnership Manager will...

– Shape and execute affiliate and influencer strategies

– Source, onboard, and retain top-tier Swedish-facing affiliates

– Negotiate win-win deals (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid) with full autonomy

– Monitor KPIs like FTDs, ROI, and player LTV to drive performance

– Ensure content and partnerships meet Swedish compliance standards

You Will Need

– Proven affiliate marketing experience in iGaming or casino sectors

– Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

– Familiarity with platforms like Income Access or NetRefer

– Solid grasp of Sweden’s gambling regulations (e.g., Spelinspektionen)
