Our client is a global, tech-enabled growth company that helps businesses solve complex digital marketing challenges and connect marketing performance with measurable business outcomes.
We are looking for a proactive Partner Success Manager who knows how to own the customer journey, understand what clients really need, and move quickly to resolve problems. The strongest candidates will come from a MarTech, AdTech, marketing analytics, or related SaaS environment and will also understand the language of growth and performance marketing.
You will serve as the primary strategic contact for a focused portfolio of approximately 2–6 high-touch partners. This is not a sales role, a high-volume Customer Success position, or a campaign-execution role. You will own the post-sale partner relationship, establish goals and priorities, identify risks and opportunities, and coordinate internal teams to keep work moving and deliver meaningful results.
What You’ll Do
- Own the post-sale partner journey for approximately 2–6 high-touch accounts.
- Become a trusted strategic partner to Marketing and Growth Leads, founders, and other senior stakeholders.
- Listen carefully to partners, understand their business model and challenges, and turn their needs into clear goals, priorities, and action plans.
- Establish success goals, milestones, and ways to measure progress for each partnership.
- Lead strategic and performance conversations using marketing, customer, and business data.
- Identify problems, risks, and blockers early and take ownership of driving them toward resolution.
- Translate partner priorities into clear direction for paid media, creative, CRM/email, analytics, campaign management, and production teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery without relying on formal authority.
- Keep partners and internal teams aligned through clear communication, follow-up, and accountability.
- Help partners use a proprietary growth intelligence platform that connects marketing performance with financial goals.
- Identify opportunities to improve adoption, partner outcomes, retention, and long-term value.
- Work effectively in a fast-moving environment where priorities may change and not every problem has an established playbook.
What We’re Looking For
- Approximately 5–8 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong experience in Customer Success, Client Success, Account Management, Partner Success, or strategic client services.
- Experience working in a MarTech, AdTech, marketing analytics, marketing automation, attribution, CRM, lifecycle marketing, paid media technology, or related SaaS company.
- Proven ownership of important post-sale customer or partner relationships.
- Experience guiding customers through a journey rather than responding only to requests or providing status updates.
- A proactive, resourceful approach to solving problems and keeping initiatives moving.
- Experience defining customer goals, managing expectations, identifying risks, and coordinating resolutions across multiple teams.
- Confidence leading strategic conversations with marketing leaders, founders, and executives.
- A strong working understanding of digital and performance marketing, including acquisition channels, funnels, paid media, CRM/email, and analytics.
- Ability to discuss CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion, retention, attribution, and marketing efficiency and connect these metrics to business goals.
- Experience translating customer needs into clear priorities for cross-functional teams.
- Exposure to marketing budgets of $100,000+ per month.
- Strong communication, listening, analytical, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Comfort working with urgency, ambiguity, and a high degree of personal ownership.
What This Role Is Not
- It is not a prospecting or new-business sales role.
- There is no sales quota.
- It is not a high-volume Customer Success role focused on managing a large number of transactional customers.
- It is not a reactive account coordination role centered on meetings, status updates, and recaps.
- It is not a hands-on media buying position.
You do not need to launch or optimize campaigns yourself. However, you must understand how performance marketing works, feel comfortable working with data, and be able to turn insights into meaningful recommendations and action for partners.
