As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative, you'll be the trusted resource for customers, pharmacies, and healthcare providers by:

✅ Assisting with prescription benefits and coverage questions

✅ Helping customers track and manage medication deliveries

✅ Resolving billing, payment, and eligibility inquiries

✅ Researching claims and authorization issues

✅ Navigating multiple systems to find solutions quickly

✅ Documenting customer interactions accurately

✅ Providing outstanding service and achieving first-call resolution whenever possible

🎯 What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

✔ 18 years of age or older

✔ High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

✔ At least 1 year of customer service experience

✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills

✔ Comfortable using computers and learning new technology

✔ Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

✔ Ability to attend and successfully complete training

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Call center experience

⭐ Healthcare, pharmacy, insurance, or medical office experience

⭐ Previous remote work experience

⭐ Familiarity with medical terminology or health benefits

✔ Hard-wired ethernet internet connection

✔ Minimum internet speeds: 50 Mbps Download / 10 Mbps Upload

✔ Must be comfortable remaining on camera during working hours

⏰ Schedule Flexibility

This program operates 7 days a week, and team members must be flexible to work any scheduled shift within 8am-11pm EST

This may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.
