• Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat regarding their Profile Spotlight services and inquiries
• Provide detailed information and guidance on how to optimize customer profiles for maximum visibility
• Resolve any customer issues or concerns with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency
• Document customer interactions accurately to ensure effective follow-up and service improvement
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and enhance the overall customer experience
• Participate in training sessions to become knowledgeable about our profile services and best practices

Requirements
