PLANERGY is a leading software provider helping organisations to streamline to their Purchasing and Accounts Payable processes.

We’re looking for an ambitious Growth Marketing Manager with a proven track record in B2B software/SaaS marketing to help us scale to the next level. About the Role

You’ll take ownership of our growth marketing strategy and execution, driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth. You’ll design and run campaigns, experiment with channels, and build scalable processes using modern automation and AI-driven technologies.

This is a hands-on and strategic role where you’ll work closely with the leadership team to execute and optimize initiatives across the funnel.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the growth marketing strategy for our B2B SaaS business, with clear KPIs
  • Build and execute integrated campaigns to drive acquisition, activation, and retention
  • Identify and test new channels, tactics, and technologies to accelerate growth
  • Use automation, AI agents, and analytics tools to optimize campaigns and workflows
  • Develop and manage paid, organic, and partner channels
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align on messaging and funnel optimization
  • Report on performance, learnings, and next steps regularly

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in growth/demand generation for B2B SaaS businesses
  • Strong command of marketing automation platforms, AI-driven tools, and analytics
  • Data-driven, experimental mindset with a bias for action
  • Hands-on expertise in channels like SEO, SEM, ABM, content syndication, and email
  • Ability to create compelling messaging and campaigns targeted at senior decision-makers
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder alignment skills
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A degree in Data, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Preferred:

  • Experience with spend management, procurement, or financial software is a plus.
