Key Responsibilities

• Offer outstanding customer support to German-speaking clients across various channels including phone, email, and live chat
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and policies in an accurate and professional manner
• Efficiently resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure maximum satisfaction and loyalty
• Document all customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM system for continuous improvement
• Work collaboratively with other departments to address customer needs and enhance service quality
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed assistance

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling customer inquiries
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus
