Role Description
This is a remote, contract-based role designed for a skilled ClickUp expert. The role involves assisting clients in onboarding processes, configuring ClickUp to meet specific business requirements, and integrating it with other tools or platforms. You will provide training and guidance to stakeholders, resolve platform-related inquiries, and ensure smooth client adoption to enhance operational workflows.
Qualifications
- Expert-level knowledge of ClickUp, including setup, configuration, and advanced functionalities
- Experience with business process mapping and workflow management
- Strong skills in ServiceNow integrations and related platforms or technologies
- Effective communication and training skills to guide diverse teams
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to address client needs
- Effective time-management, organization, and self-motivation for remote work
- Prior experience in project management, consulting, or a related field is a plus
- Claude, GPT, Gemini, LLM configurations a big plus
