This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Workplace Operations Systems and Support Specialist. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless functioning of essential workplace applications and technical tools across the organization. By providing top-notch operational and technical support, the Specialist enables legal personnel to execute their duties with maximum efficiency and confidentiality. The position includes maintaining software systems, managing hardware assets, and ensuring secure access to critical applications. Your impact in this role will directly enhance team productivity and compliance with legal obligations. This is a remote position based from any location in the U.S. Accountabilities

  • Maintain backend administration for workplace applications and platforms to ensure uninterrupted access for legal teams.
  • Provide first-level technical troubleshooting and user guidance to resolve issues impacting casework.
  • Collaborate with vendors and IT services to escalate and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Track and manage IT hardware inventory including laptops and communication devices.
  • Coordinate equipment distribution, retrieval, and lifecycle tracking for all employees.
  • Act as the primary technical support resource for legal personnel requiring system access.
  • Create documentation and training materials for recurring platform issues.
  • Manage the organization's shared operations calendar and track HR-related events.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree with 1 year of relevant experience or high school diploma with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Fluent in English; fluency in Spanish is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical operations or asset management.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience coordinating across departments in a multi-site environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledgeable about Microsoft products.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a remote environment is preferred.
