About the Role:

• Work as freelancer or self-employed🏠 : Work remotely and enjoy the freedom of full-time work from anywhere 
• Pre-planned Schedule📅: Work 8 hours/day in 2 shifts, with occasional weekend shifts totaling 40 hours/week.
• Customer Care and Sales ☎️ : NO Cold Calling! Engage with customers across various channels including telephone, Facebook, Instagram, chat, and Viber, providing information about our products, assisting with orders, and addressing customer inquiries.
• Full Training Provided 🧑🏼‍🎓 : No Experience required! Benefit from a comprehensive 2-4 day training program conducted in English to equip you with the necessary skills for success.
• Team Environment ⚽: You'll be part of a local team led by a dedicated team leader, providing support and guidance as needed.
• Long-Term Collaboration 🤝: There's potential for long-term collaboration with our team.
• Competitive Salary 💸: Earn a gross salary ranging from 1000-1800 euros.Requirements:

• Czech language: Excellent spoken and written proficiency in the local language is mandatory for communication with local clients.
• English 👑: minimum B2 level of spoken and written English is mandatory 
• Computer Proficiency🧑‍💻: Basic computer skills are necessary for the role.
• Own Equipment🛜: You must have your own work equipment and a reliable internet connection.
