What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Secure, schedule, and manage logistical aspects of both internal and external meetings, appointments, and functions
• Organize travel and accommodations for the CEO
• Monitor and triage external mailing lists
• Perform clerical tasks such as answering phones and responding to emails
• Create and maintain computer archives and databases

• Superb organizational and problem-solving skills
• Technical aptitude
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while working independently
