About the Role
Based in Brisbane (working remotely), and reporting to the Head of Client Relations, the Client Relationship Manager (CRM) is required to provide an exceptional level of customer service to the clients in the company’s QLD territory while providing an appropriate return to the company. This is achieved through regular visitations with clients along with the CRM growing their knowledge of the DMS, their knowledge of key industry and business issues and their information technology generally. The customer must always feel as though the CRM has gone above and beyond their call of duty.
This is a 12 month parental leave cover contract, however opportunities for a permanent role may become available in the future.
The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for working with other company staff (client support, software development, installations of the DMS, technical services and administration) in order to meet the above goals. Critical to the role is an ability to learn quickly and communicate well with all levels of stakeholders and the ability to work and travel occasional flexible hours.
What You Will Be Doing
As the CRM, you will be required to including among other responsibilities:
- Regularly visit the designated client base across QLD
- Provide consultancy, support and training to the company’s clients
- Achieve a consistently high client satisfaction level
- Achieve a conservative sales budget
- Install the company’s software products
What You Need to Have
- Minimum two years motor dealership experience preferably in accounts and administration or fixed operations.
- Industry knowledge and understanding of the current issues facing the company’s clients.
- Relevant client relationship management experience.
- Ability to deliver quality training to the client base and contribute to classroom training and webinars for all the company’s clients.
- Exceptional interpersonal, collaborative and communications skills and be client focused.
- Self-motivated, have a strong ability to work effectively unsupervised and exercise initiative.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong general IT knowledge.
What It Would be Nice for You to Have
- Experience with an automotive dealer management system would be advantageous.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Technology or a relevant business discipline (Accounting well regarded).
