OVERVIEW:
Our client, a major PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Services) entity owned by 20 non-profit health plans serving >33 million members and benefits manager of government programs including Medicare and Medicaid, seeks an accomplished Customer Care Associate/Customer Service Representative.***Target Start Date: 03/09/2026***** LOCATION: 100% REMOTE/ WORK FROM HOME** DURATION: 6 months contract with potential of extension** WORK SHIFTS: Operations run 24/7. Candidates must be available for rotating 8-hour shifts scheduled any day between 8:00 AM and 06:00 PM. No graveyard shifts. Work schedule will include 5 days per week, with at least one weekend day.
TRAINING: 6 weeks total.
o Weeks 1–3: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST (with a one-hour lunch).
o Weeks 4–6: Success Lab (Content Revision, Shadowing, Taking Calls) – 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM PST.
o No time off permitted during training.
ATTENDANCE POLICY: No time-off in the first 90 days of assignment. After 90 days, candidates may be eligible for overtime.
IMPORTANT Remote / Work-From-Home related:
- Equipment will be provided.
- Pay Rate: $18.83/hr on W2
- Two Classes, Start Dates: 03/09/2026 (first class); 03/30/2026 (second class).
- Interview Process: Conducted via video conference on MS Teams. Candidates must have the MS Teams application downloaded and be prepared to appear on camera. The invitation will be sent with the subject line: “CSC Interview.”
- Technical Requirements:
o Must have a high-speed wired internet connection (Wi-Fi not permitted, as it may lead to
a breach of PHI).
o Must have a reliable home-office environment.
- Candidate MUST be on camera during training/work hours, especially during attendance calls.
- Candidate MUST follow business casual dress code during working hours.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
- Looking for customer service experience with the following: High call volume Pharmacy background if applicable.
- Pharmacy / Healthcare Call-Center experience is a pre-requisite.
- Ability to handle complex calls.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Attendance is an important factor in this position.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software.
- Preferred: Bi-lingual for Hmong, Spanish, Mien
